Core Principles Non-Authenticity Notice Historical Integrity Mandatory Labeling Sharing Responsibilities Reporting & Response

1. Core Principles

TimeCam is committed to complying with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies governing generative AI services, while helping maintain a healthy and trustworthy online environment.

We operate with three goals in mind: clear disclosure, safer generation boundaries, and traceable distribution. TimeCam is designed to support creativity without blurring the nature of AI-generated media.

Lawful Operation

Our product capabilities and content rules are constrained by applicable law, platform policy, and public-interest safeguards.

Clear Disclosure

We explicitly state that generated imagery is synthetic and should not be confused with archival photography or unedited documentary evidence.

Recognizable Distribution

Generated outputs carry AI-origin identifiers to support audience awareness, platform governance, and post-dispute traceability.

Fast Response

When we receive credible reports involving misleading or potentially non-compliant content, we prioritize review and follow-up action.

2. Non-Authenticity Notice

All imagery generated on this platform is simulated through artificial intelligence (AIGC). Architectural details, clothing, environmental lighting, and other visual elements are interpretive outputs based on aesthetic models, contextual inference, and historical references.

These outputs do not constitute authentic historical archive photos and should not be used as evidence for historical research, journalism, legal proceedings, or official documentation.

Users should not present TimeCam output as undisclosed real photography, factual archival material, or original on-site documentation.

3. Historical Integrity

We firmly oppose uses of generative media that distort history, damage national interests, undermine ethnic dignity, or insult the image of heroes and martyrs.

  • We use layered safeguards to identify high-risk prompts, sensitive narratives, and problematic generation contexts.
  • We restrict content that would cross legal, ethical, or platform safety boundaries.
  • We continuously refine rules and controls when feedback reveals new risk patterns or misleading outputs.

Where a user attempts to exploit the product for deceptive historical imagery, public misinformation, or prohibited distribution, we may refuse service, limit features, suspend accounts, or take other appropriate action.

4. Mandatory Labeling

All generated images include visible and/or invisible AI-origin identifiers. These may take the form of watermarks, metadata, hidden fingerprints, or other technical markers intended to support origin recognition and platform governance.

Users must not maliciously remove, cover, alter, or tamper with required AI-generated labels when sharing or redistributing output.

When posting generated images on third-party platforms, social media, campaign materials, or public exhibits, users should preserve or supplement disclosure so audiences are not misled about authenticity.

5. Sharing Responsibilities

Creative use is encouraged, but users are expected to share generated content responsibly:

  • Do not present AI imagery as authentic historical records, real-world news photography, official archives, or undisclosed documentary material.
  • Do not use generated content to mislead the public, fabricate evidence, spread rumors, commit fraud, or infringe the rights of others.
  • Do not remove AI labels or evade disclosure requirements that may apply under law or platform policy.
  • If you identify potentially harmful, misleading, or non-compliant output, stop distribution and report it to us promptly.

6. Reporting & Response

If you have suggestions, business cooperation requests, or discover potentially non-compliant content in the product, please contact us at any time. We will respond as quickly as possible.
