Welcome to TimeCam. By visiting the website, downloading the app, creating an account, uploading media, generating imagery, purchasing or using credits, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use TimeCam. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Service Description
TimeCam provides an AI camera and time-travel image generation service. Core features include taking or importing photos, selecting a target time and location, scene analysis, historical scene reconstruction, future concept generation, HD export, saving works, sharing, login, credits, and subscription management.
Some features may be in testing, experimental, or gradual rollout stages. We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue certain features based on product plans, technical conditions, compliance requirements, or operational needs.
3. Account & Security
- You should provide truthful, accurate account information that can receive verification messages.
- You should safeguard your login credentials, verification codes, and device access, and must not transfer, rent, or share your account for misuse by others.
- If you discover unauthorized access, abnormal login, or security risks, please contact us promptly.
- We may verify, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that exhibit abnormal behavior, based on security, risk control, legal, or platform requirements.
4. User Content & AI Output
Your Uploaded Content
You retain your lawful rights to photos, text, locations, event descriptions, and other materials you upload. You grant TimeCam a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free license to store, copy, process, transform, analyze, generate, display, cache, and transmit such content as necessary to provide, maintain, improve, and protect the service.
You represent that you have the rights and authorizations needed for uploaded content, and have obtained necessary consent for any portraits, privacy, copyrights, trademarks, minors, or sensitive scenarios involved.
AI-Generated Results
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you may use TimeCam's generated results for personal creation, display, and sharing. AI output may differ from, deviate from, or fabricate real history, actual locations, or real people, and does not constitute factual statements or professional advice.
We may add watermarks, source identifiers, or other safety indicators to generated results. Please do not present AI output as authentic photographs, news evidence, official records, identity documents, or undisclosed commercial materials.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use TimeCam for the following:
- Uploading, generating, or distributing illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or exploitative content.
- Uploading others' private photos, sensitive materials of minors, identity documents, medical records, financial information, or other highly sensitive content without permission.
- Generating or distributing content intended to mislead the public, impersonate others, manipulate opinion, commit fraud, defame, harass, or evade identification.
- Circumventing credits, subscriptions, risk controls, rate limits, security measures, copyright protections, or watermarks.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, mass registration, automated abuse, attacking, interfering with, or attempting unauthorized access to the system.
- Using the service for high-risk purposes prohibited by law or app store policies.
If we discover violations of these Terms, we may remove content, restrict features, deduct improperly obtained credits, suspend accounts, terminate service, and cooperate with legal authorities as required.
6. Credits, Subscriptions & Payments
TimeCam may offer free credits, sharing rewards, subscription credits, one-time purchase credits, or other entitlements. Image generation may consume credits; consumption amounts may vary based on generation mode, resolution, model, retry attempts, and promotional policies.
Subscriptions and virtual entitlements purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other app marketplaces are typically processed by the respective platform for payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and taxes, and are subject to platform rules. Unless otherwise required by law or platform policy, consumed credits, completed generation tasks, and distributed virtual entitlements are generally non-refundable.
Pricing, credits, validity periods, and entitlements during testing, beta, or promotional periods may change. We will display key terms on the purchase page, in-app descriptions, or store listings.
7. Intellectual Property
TimeCam's software, interfaces, logos, trademarks, visual design, copy, code, model invocation processes, databases, prompt architectures, and service materials belong to TimeCam or their respective rights holders. Without permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create competing services.
Third-party materials, open-source components, platform SDKs, models, and services may be subject to their respective license agreements.
8. Privacy & Data
We process your account information, photos, location, generation records, credits, transactions, logs, and device information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By using TimeCam, you understand that AI generation requires processing relevant media and context when you choose to upload.

9. Service Changes, Suspension & Termination
We strive to keep the service available, but do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully meet your expectations. Maintenance, upgrades, network outages, cloud service issues, third-party model changes, legal compliance, or force majeure may affect the service.
You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. We may also restrict, suspend, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, app store rules, or security requirements.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
TimeCam is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, fabricated, stylistically inconsistent, or fail to meet expectations. You are responsible for determining whether generated content is suitable for publication, commercial use, or sharing, and you bear responsibility for the consequences of use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TimeCam shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, goodwill loss, business interruption, or third-party claims. Any liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the dispute; liabilities that cannot be limited by law are excluded from this cap.
11. App Store Supplemental Terms
Apple App Store
If you obtained TimeCam through the Apple App Store, you agree that Apple's Media Services Terms, App Store rules, and applicable Standard End User License Agreement may also apply. Apple is not a party to these Terms, but may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be a third-party beneficiary of terms related to App Store distribution.
Google Play
If you obtained TimeCam through Google Play, you agree that Google Play Terms of Service, payment, subscription, refund, and data safety rules may also apply. Subscription cancellation, refunds, and transaction records typically need to be handled through your Google Play account or platform support.
Other Marketplaces
If you downloaded TimeCam through other marketplaces, the download, payment, refund, review, content, and privacy rules of those marketplaces may also apply. Where these Terms conflict with a platform's mandatory rules, the platform's mandatory requirements regarding distribution and payment shall prevail.
